Vacuum Generator – The Heart of VacuFlush Technology J Series
The latest development in vacuum technology features new “whisper quiet” operation. Includes an injection molded tank and integrated features that benefit installers and boat owners.
- 34% faster vacuum regeneration thanprevious models
- Same overall dimensions as previous model
- Advanced features improve installation and service
- 12 and 24 VDC models
Installation Flexibility – Pump body and plumbing fittings easily rotate to accommodate diverse plumbing layouts. Inlet and outlet fittings are interchangeable.
Improved Pump Flow – Large 2-inch (51mm) ID duckbill valves improve flow through pump.
Enhanced Serviceability – Two-piece vacuum tank allows easy removal of top if necessary. Spin nut connections also allow easy removal of fittings.
Improved Reliability – Injection-molded tank with integrated diptube maintains precise tolerances for long-lasting, optimal pumping efficiency.
Vacuum Generator Requirements:
Electric: Amp draw – 6 amps (12 VDC); 3 amps (24 VDC).
12 VDC – 10-amp fuse or circuit breaker.
24 VDC – 5-amp fuse or circuit breaker.
Inlet: 1.5-in. (38 mm) ID PVC pipe or sanitation hose from VacuFlush toilet.
Discharge: 1.5-in. (38 mm) ID PVC pipe or sanitation hose connected to holding tank system.
VacuFlush toilets use less electricity to flush.
Our system draws a mere 4-6 amps, while competitive systems draw up to 60 amps.
VacuFlush toilets increase holding tank capacity.
VacuFlush toilets operate with a pump-generated vacuum which uses only about a pint of water per flush. Typical marine toilets use a gallon or more per flush, filling a holding tank more than four times faster than with VacuFlush. |
